How do I get Integrated Antivirus Updates from behind a Proxy Server?

If your Icewarp Mail Server is running behind a proxy server, there could be a problem receiving your Integrated Antivirus Updates. This is because the Avast engine used by Icewarp tries to connect directly to its Internet Antivirus Database.

You may need to set the Antivirus to use your proxy manually. Go to the Miscellaneous tab in the AntiVirus node and click the Setup button

AV Miscellaneous Tab

This will open the AntiVirus settings file which you need to modify.

The portion of the file you are interested in is:

 [Common]
 NetAcc=-1
 NetIP=
 NetPort=0
 NetUser=
 NetPwd=

You should modify these settings according to your Proxy settings and the descriptions below.
