Introduction

In 10.4.x and above, you can increase the upload limit for WebMail by adding the "upload limit" setting to the server.xml file. 

You just need to add <upload_limit>limit in MB</upload_limit>

The default upload limit is set 128MB

Solution

1. From the IceWarp installation directory, go into /config/_webmail/ and open the server.xml file using Notepad
   
   
   
   
   
2. Add the line of code specified above. Make sure you replace "limit in MB" with your desired limit as shown in the example below.
   
   
   
   
   
3. Save and close the file
