ERROR: "Your current browser is NOT OFFICIALLY SUPPORTED by IceWarp WebClient"

If you see the following error message when you login to WebMail using IE8, you will need to disable "Compatibility Mode" for Internet Explorer 7. Please follow the instructions below to resolve this.



  1. From your browser, click on Tools > Developer Tools from the top menu 

  2. From the Developer Tools window, click on "Browser Mode" and select "Internet Explorer 8" from the drop-down

  3. Close the Developer Tools window and refresh the web page
