GroupWare Folders not synchronizing to mobile devices

If you notice that GroupWare folders are not synching to mobile devices after upgrading to 10.4.x, you can change the following settings to enable full synchronization:

From the IceWarp Administration console, navigate to GroupWare > ActiveSync and click on Device Management

 

Click on Global Policies

 

Click on the Folders tab and do the following:

  • Select the "All Folders" and "All Mail Folders" options
  • Select the "Public" and "Shared" folder options

 

Folders will be synched the next time synchronization takes place.
