Resolving WebClient cache issues

If you are experiencing one of the following issues after upgrading to 10.4.x, follow the instructions below.

- Not able to log in to the WebClient
- Seeing a red bar across the top after you log in
- Missing emails/files/folders

Browse to the accounts mailbox on the server

Rename the ~webmail/cache.db file.

Open the IceWarp Console

Navigate to the settings for the account and click on the Options tab

Click on Refresh Directory Cache

Wait 10 minutes then test WebClient.
