If you are using the latest webmail in version 9 and are seeing this error when trying to login then it is due to having the services bound to a specific IP address and webmail using the default "localhost". The steps below will show you how to correct this and resolve the error.
Go to the /Icewarp/config/_webmail/server.xml file
Edit out the entries for "localhost" under the "imapserver" portion of the file and enter the IP address the services are bound to. You do not want to edit the top as that is the database information for webmail.
Once you save this file and restart the services you should then be allowed to login without seeing the error.
