Yes, it is possible to choose which entries should be synchronized and which should not.

From within Outlook

Click the Icewarp GroupWare Connector button

Select Accounts, the following dialog is displayed

Select the Account you wish to modify and press the Properties button -

And select the items you wish to synchronize
