 How do I Retrieve a Password through Webmail Pro?
Solution There are two steps that need to be taken for this to work.

  • 1- Log in to webmail with an administrator's e-mail address and password.
  • 2- Go to [Tools] [Administrator Options]

  • 3- Go to the [General] Tab and then the [Forgot Password tab]. Check this as enabled.

  • 4- Clients will now see this option on the screen. However, it needs to be configured by each client at this point.
    This part cannot be set up by the administrator. It has to be set up by the client.
    Accounts
  • 5-- After logging in to webmail go to [Tools] [Accounts] and fill out the "alternate e-mail" field. This is where the passwords will be sent.
