Relocating Outlook Data Files

The following instructions will walk you through the process of relocating Outlook data files.
Copy the data files to the new location
Open the Mail utility in Control Panel
Click on Show Profiles
Open the properties for the Outlook Sync profile.
Open the data files
Add a new data file and set it to the new location
Highlight the new Data File and set it as the default
Open Outlook and let it sit for a minute, close Outlook
Go back to the Mail utility and remove the old data file
Outlook will then start using the new location
