Like mailing lists, distribution lists allow you to quickly send emails to multiple recipients at the same time. But unlike mailing lists, members of a distribution list can not reply to the group as a whole and other people can not join the list. A distribution list is created on the client side (as opposed to on mail servers) and works only for one way traffic, in other words, it’s only a quick way to send one way emails to groups of recipients; unless of course you can share the list with others, just as you can share all your contacts. You can create distribution lists in IceWarp Desktop Client by selecting in the Main Menu: File -> new -> Distribution list. Or select distribution list from the New drop down menu on the toolbar.
